2. Service Enquiries & Non-Binding Pricing

The pricing figures mentioned on this website (including Vocal Recording starting at ₹2,000, Full Music Production starting at ₹20,000, Mixing & Mastering starting at ₹8,000, and 6-Month Course at ₹1,00,000) represent our standard starting or current listed estimates.

Final rates for custom song arrangements, multi-instrument acoustic sessions (dholak, tabla, harmonium), licensing requirements, and project scope are finalized on a case-by-case basis via mutual agreement prior to session commencement.

3. Studio Bookings, Appointments & Etiquette

To ensure focused, professional studio sessions for all artists:

• Studio recording slots must be confirmed in advance by phone (+91 89494 66088), WhatsApp, or through an initial deposit when requested.
• Artists and accompanying guests are expected to arrive punctually for their scheduled booth time.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or food inside the acoustic recording booth is strictly prohibited to preserve high-sensitivity microphones and equipment.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that artistic schedules and vocal health can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed recording session, please notify the studio as early as possible so the slot can be released.

Notice: Cancellation and advance refund policies vary depending on whether musicians or session players were contracted for your date. Please confirm the applicable cancellation and rescheduling policy with Rhythm Records before booking your session.

5. Intellectual Property & Master Deliverables

Ownership of musical compositions, master recordings, and stems is agreed upon between the artist and Rhythm Records depending on the contractual nature of the project (work-for-hire, independent release, or record label production). Final uncompressed master audio files and multitrack stems are delivered upon complete payment of the agreed service fees.

6. Course Enrollment Terms

Enrollment in our 6-Month Music Production Course is subject to seat availability, studio schedule agreement, and mutual interview. Rhythm Records provides practical, real-world studio education; however, we do not guarantee specific employment positions or commercial chart placements.

7. Third-Party Links & Media

Our site contains links to external platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, JioSaavn, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Maps. Rhythm Records is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rhythm Records and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, delays due to unforeseen power/equipment emergencies, or the artist's use of third-party copyrighted materials.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
